I am an MBA candidate in the Class of 2026 at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, pursuing a career in health care and strategy. I earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and grew up between Chicago and Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Before Fuqua, I held progressive operations leadership roles at L’Oréal across the luxury and consumer products divisions. As a senior operations manager, I oversaw daily production for a flagship luxury skincare brand, led a team of 52 and supported a significant share of the division’s annual revenue. In addition to driving operational performance, I contributed to talent recruitment and served as a featured speaker during Hispanic Heritage and Women’s History Month, sharing my experience as a young Latina leader in a technical field.

At Fuqua, I am involved in the Low-Income First-Generation Experience (LIFE), serve as a fellow with the Fuqua/Coach K Center of Leadership & Ethics (COLE), and support the Blue Devil Weekend Planning Committee. I am also active in the American Latinx Management Association and the Latin American Student Association. After graduation, I plan to pursue a business development and strategy role, where I can help shape and scale products and services that make a meaningful impact while continuing to mentor young women in STEM and business.
