Originally from Dominica, I began my career as a mechanical engineer before stepping into operations leadership at Cintas Corporation, where I focused on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the intersection of business, sustainability, and inclusive growth — leading me to pursue my MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where I’m concentrating on finance, energy, and sustainability.
At Fuqua, I serve as MBA Association (MBAA) VP of External Affairs, a Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship (CASE) Fellow, and recently co-led a Global Academic Travel Experience (GATE) to South Africa, coordinating corporate and cultural visits to broaden our global business lens. This summer, I’m interning with Lukera Energy, a clean energy startup transforming waste methane into carbon-negative fuels.
I’m driven by a mission to expand opportunity in underserved communities and to help build a more sustainable future through clean energy and inclusive capital strategies.
