I never imagined that my time at Duke would end with talking about pressing climate issues with the president of a major energy company, a U.S. senator, and the CEO of a climate accelerator all in one week.

Fuqua's energy community equipped me with knowledge and confidence, propelling me to a position of influence that I expected to spend my entire career attempting to reach.

I quickly found that everyone at COP27 was interested in problem-solving to create more sustainable practices.

Within Fuqua’s Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Club, we are focused on so much more than just that stereotypical tech entrepreneur (though we have some of those, too).

We co-founded the Duke MBA FinTech Club in the Spring of 2018, with the goal of fostering a community passionate about financial technology at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and to create an ecosystem that supports MBA students in pursuing careers within the industry

Coming from Brazil, I quickly learned that the cultural difference between my home country and the U.S. is greater than I had ever realized. Having support from fellow Latin American students has helped me make the best of my experience
