ETA means making a commitment to showing up every day and making decisions, often imperfect ones, in service of your customers, your employees, and your business over a long period of time. 

I was drawn to the idea of owning and operating a business, especially in health care, so entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) felt like a natural fit.

As I navigated the admissions process, I felt that Fuqua had a better infrastructure in place for students interested in recruiting beyond the traditional paths.

We got involved with Net Impact because it was a community of like-minded individuals that we could learn from while gaining access to more relevant recruiting and professional resources.

Oftentimes, the Media, Entertainment and Sports (MES) Club is an overlooked one at Fuqua.

As a scout, I built my own model for evaluating players based, later realizing I was evaluating players the same way investors evaluate startups

We covered everything from responsible tech to the global talent race and how MBA students like me should be thinking about career strategy in an AI-powered world.

Traveling to South Africa was a reset in how I viewed human connection, social cues, and unspoken norms. As an MBA student used to efficiency, deadlines, and data, I found myself slowing down to absorb the culture around me.

What started as a consulting project quickly turned into an immersive experience full of coffee, conversations, and a whole lot of Southern hospitality.

This opportunity was a pivotal experience to leverage my global professional background and test my career ambitions in an impactful, real-world context.
