I currently serve as the Senior Director for Private Brands and Sourcing at Sam’s Club, with responsibility for our Member’s Mark items within Food, Consumables, and OTC. Sam’s Club is part of Walmart Inc., the world’s largest company in terms of revenue, which specializes in the retail space by offering consumers a myriad of products at everyday low prices. In my current role, I am responsible for the teams that manage product development and sourcing, and the execution of brand management across categories. I am leading the transformation of Private Brands within the Food, Consumables, and OTC divisions, bringing this strategic initiative to life for Sam’s Club.
Prior to joining the Private Brands team, I was the Senior Merchant for Baby Care and have also enjoyed several roles in merchandising at Sam’s Club across multiple categories. I have experience in Basic Apparel, Ladies Apparel, and Men’s Apparel, which allowed me to develop a skillset centered on data analysis, market trends, strategy and negotiation.
I graduated from Harvard University in 2013, concentrating in Government with a secondary degree in Sociology. While at Harvard, I competed for the football team, culminating in winning the Ivy League Championship in 2013!
My wife, Kelcey, and I are both from the Indianapolis area, and we are loving raising our daughter, Vivienne (20 months old)! I also enjoy golf, football, travelling, good food, and of course a bingeworthy Netflix show or two!
