Whether it was a teammate patiently explaining Python syntax for the fourth time or a professor turning complex math into something funny and digestible, I always felt supported.

Fuqua was the ideal choice because I developed both business knowledge and analytics expertise in the program.

It is evident to me that returning to Fuqua feels like coming back to a second home—a place where I am known, valued, and supported.

From working in commercial finance at one of America’s leading multinational energy companies to getting first-hand experiential and immersive learning from the Strategy track of the MQM program, my decision to join Fuqua has undoubtedly been one of the best decisions I have made.

I was faced with the dilemma of choosing which track would be the best fit for me. As I read about the Forensics track, I was immediately drawn to it, as a good way to apply my interest in data analytics in a growing career field.

Strategy, finance, forensics, or marketing? This was the same question that troubled me as I went through the application process at Fuqua.

I wanted to know exactly how I could evaluate financial data with analytics tools, but I lacked finance knowledge.

A big reason as to why I chose the Master of Quantitative Management (MQM) program was the ability to dive deep into a particular area of business.
