Over the past decade, I have held enterprise-level leadership roles spanning finance, financial services and merchandising at Walmart. Most recently, I led high-volume food categories, including coffee creamer, butter and spreads, with P&L responsibility for a more than $2 billion business serving millions of households nationwide.

Earlier in my tenure, I managed Walmart’s 401(k) plan, one of the largest defined contribution plans outside the federal government.

I began my career at Vanguard, where I advanced to managing a $1.2 billion book of business and advised high-net-worth clients on long-term investment strategy. Outside of my professional work, I am a member of the National Urban League and previously served as president of the Urban League of the State of Arkansas Young Professionals. I am an alumnus of the New Leaders Council and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

I am a husband and father of two. I enjoy riding my 1973 Triumph Bonneville, mentoring emerging leaders and spending time with my family.
