I am a Senior Consultant with Kaufman Hall’s Strategy and Business Transformation practice. I work with healthcare executives nationwide on enterprise strategy, organizational performance, and large-scale transformation initiatives. My experience spans strategic planning, value-based care operations, population health strategy, quality performance, and market operations.

I have more than a decade of experience across the healthcare continuum, with a background that bridges clinical, financial, operational, and strategic domains. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, I held progressive leadership roles at Oak Street Health, a CVS Health company, most recently as Director of Population Health. In that role, I led strategy and market operations across North and South Carolina, supporting care delivery for Medicare patients across multiple centers. My broader experience includes leading national managed care operations, launching a telehealth program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and developing standardized clinical documentation protocols using rule-based logic. Earlier in my career, I supported strategic planning and business development at Providence Health in Los Angeles, contributing to initiatives that advanced regional growth and alignment.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about advancing women in healthcare leadership, building meaningful professional networks, and contributing to the future of healthcare through purposeful thought leadership. I hold a Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Radford University, graduating with high honors from both programs. I’m also a Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt.
