I am an operator at heart and a builder by instinct.

After more than 10 years in the corporate world, leading strategy, operations and execution across complex organizations, I decided to leap into entrepreneurship and build what I believe health care desperately needs.

I am the co-founder and CEO of Compass Health, a membership-based health care company reimagining how patients access care. Compass Health expedites access to a best-in-class physician network through high-touch care coordination and a technology-enabled experience, removing friction, delays and complexity from the patient journey. We are launching in Tampa, Florida, with a clear roadmap to expand across the state.

My leadership is grounded in three pillars: culture, operational excellence and relentless customer-centricity. I thrive in fast-paced environments where clarity, accountability and execution separate ideas from outcomes, and where teams are coached to perform at the highest level.

Before founding Compass Health, I worked in supply chain and operations for large global organizations, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive enterprise initiatives, performance management and scalable execution.

I am an MBA candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. I hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, a summa cum laude bachelor’s degree in project and supply chain management from Pennsylvania State University, and a master’s degree in innovation from Inova Business School. I am also a recipient of the Dale Carnegie Highest Award of Achievement.

I speak four languages fluently, bring a global perspective to leadership, and am deeply focused on building companies that deliver results, earn trust and scale with purpose.
