Hi! I’m Fabiola Paredes, proudly representing Peru and bringing my passion for entrepreneurship, strategy, and global collaboration to Fuqua.

Before Fuqua, I spent several years leading projects that combined creativity, strategy, and impact. As a co-founder of a home decor business, I had the chance to lead a team of 12 people, open a 1,500 sq. ft. store in Peru, and launch an online store with over 300 products. From supplier negotiations to designing the customer experience, I embraced every challenge as a chance to grow. I also worked as a procurement manager and key account manager at Vanex. I built partnerships across Asia and Latin America, strengthening my ability to navigate global markets and lead cross-functional teams.

At Fuqua, I’m here to push myself outside my comfort zone, take on new challenges, and grow personally and professionally. I’m excited about exploring new industries, especially the tech space, and using my entrepreneurial mindset to approach problems with fresh perspectives. For me, it’s about continuous learning and making a lasting impact.

I’m looking forward to sharing my journey with the Fuqua community, the lessons, the wins, and even the moments when things don't go as planned (because those often make for the best stories!). And yes, I’m sure Kira will make a cameo or two in my updates. Stay tuned!
