I am a Dutch national, who has lived and worked in Peru, China, France, Trinidad and Tobago, and the U.S. As you can tell, I am an avid traveler and love to explore the world with my partner Suze Ann and our children Vivianne (4 years old), Thomas (almost 3), and our baby girl Cleo (6 months) .
Since 2011, I have been working at Shell. Most of my experience is in developing and delivering capital projects in the energy sector. Recently I moved back to the Netherlands for a new role in finance and strategy.
I have a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Construction Management and Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology. To pivot my career in the commercial and strategic space, I chose to pursue my Global Executive MBA at Fuqua mainly for its global character and its focus on teamwork. With a technical background and a broadening business knowledge base, I aspire to make a meaningful and positive impact on society by delivering innovative and clean energy solutions.
