I have always been driven by a passion for solving complex problems through a multidisciplinary approach. My career journey has been diverse, beginning with military service and work as a K-9 handler in local law enforcement in Virginia. These experiences ignited my passion for public service and ultimately led me to Tyler Technologies, where I now serve as the director of a public safety business unit.
At Tyler Technologies, I oversee the operations for government technology solutions that serve federal, state, and local governments, with a focus on public safety. My role involves leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to deliver impactful solutions that empower those that serve the public.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my professional journey has been the opportunity to pursue my MBA at Fuqua. The program has been instrumental in refining my leadership style and emphasizing the importance of bringing one’s full self to every challenge.
Post-MBA, I am excited to continue driving growth and innovation in the government technology sector. Outside of work, I am passionate about spending time with my family — my wife, two daughters, and our two dogs. I also enjoy mentoring, exploring new technologies, and continuously learning.
