I am a data-driven and analytical business professional with 4+ years of consulting and data analysis experience in both the health care payor and health care provider industry. I am passionate about understanding how data and business practices merge to provide practical and strategic business solutions for a wide range of clients.

As a performance excellence consultant, I play a key role in supporting the strategy & innovation division’s purpose to anticipate the future and continuously create new value for Lee Health’s patients, community, and collaborators. I provide Lee Health with internal performance and process improvement consulting services, leading prioritized projects related to Lee Health’s strategic objectives while also collaborating across my division to advance the strategic planning process goals.

I pursued Duke’s Master’s in Quantitative Management with a focus on health care analytics because I value the unique blend of business foundations coursework, health care sector knowledge, and data science techniques the program focused on. As I progress in my career, health care providers will continue to need to make data-driven decisions in order to eliminate waste, grow revenue, ensure patient quality & safety, and innovate care delivery in order to remain competitive. I believe Duke’s MSQM program uniquely distinguishes its graduates for success given the breadth and relevancy of the coursework within the program.
