Looking back at my 18-year-old self, aimless and unsure, or even the 45-year-old who began this program, I couldn’t have envisioned the life I’m living now.

I’m gaining the knowledge, confidence, and clarity needed to navigate complex systems and uncover the right opportunities for meaningful change.

One of the most compelling reasons I chose the Global Executive MBA program was the opportunity to learn from and alongside individuals with diverse global experiences.

When I entered the Global Executive MBA program at Duke, I was looking for an opportunity to be challenged and better equipped for this rapidly-evolving industry, but the experience has provided so much more than that.  

An integral part of my time at Fuqua has been interacting and spending several weeks with people from backgrounds and cultures I’d never met before.

I’ve always been interested in the intersection of government and business, and how these interactions compared across different countries, cultures, and political and economic systems.

As my MBA journey recently came to a close, I got to reflect on my time with Fuqua. After traveling in four different continents with my cohort of more than 110 classmates, I continue to feel convinced that the experience has been a transformational one for both my personal and professional growth
