I am a practicing urologist and physician leader with a passion for using data and technology to transform healthcare delivery. As Assistant Chief of Service for Urology at Kaiser Permanente in Riverside, California, and an Assistant Professor at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine, I work at the intersection of clinical care, education, and innovation—bridging teams to improve quality, efficiency, and the patient experience.

With over a decade of experience in academic medicine, informatics, and operations leadership, I’m driven by a mission to harness analytics and human-centered design to make healthcare more intelligent, equitable, and sustainable.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Quantitative Management: Health Analytics at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, building on my M.B.A. and M.D. degrees from Duke University School of Medicine.
