I am a D.C. area native and will be returning there after graduation. Prior to Fuqua, I competed as part of Team USA in the sport of Canoe Slalom at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. I subsequently worked at Marriott International and have used my time at Fuqua to pivot into a career in management consulting at Kearney.

I’ve grown tremendously during my time at Fuqua, as a leader, as a professional, and as a friend. I had the pleasure of mentoring first-year students and myself developing as a leader through the Center on Leadership and Ethics (COLE), leading the Consulting Club through our first-ever, fully virtual recruiting year, and more.

I am most proud of my work with the Gender Equity Working Group (GEWG). Coming in, I knew I wanted to tackle challenging inequity issues alongside my classmates and leave Fuqua better than we found it. For me, that materialized in two ways: 1) Co-creating and facilitating our first-ever implicit bias program and 2) defining the idea of the Decency Quotient, DQ, to help ensure we are promoting decency in our leaders of tomorrow. I’m eager to continue being a steward of Fuqua and future organizations.
