I am originally from Accra, Ghana, and moved to the United States to pursue my MBA at Fuqua. Prior to Fuqua, I worked at one of the largest commercial banks in Africa, where I specialized in talent and performance management as well as compensation and benefits.
At Fuqua, I serve as an Admissions Fellow and Communications Lead for the Entrepreneurship and Family Business Club. Beyond Fuqua, I am President of the Duke African Graduate and Professional Students Association (DAGPSA) and Communications Lead for the Society for Early Entrepreneurs (SEE), a nonprofit dedicated to equipping high school students with entrepreneurial skills.
I am passionate about entrepreneurship, particularly in education, real estate, and small business solutions. I also hold the SHRM-SCP certification and am an active Toastmaster. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, exploring parks, coffee shops, and museums, and having conversations about purpose and personal finance.
Post-MBA, I am excited to pursue entrepreneurship full-time, building and investing in businesses globally while helping shape the next generation of entrepreneurs.
