I’m a strategy-driven business leader and recent MBA graduate from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where I concentrated on corporate strategy, innovation, and inclusive leadership. Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, I’m a proud first-generation Mexican American with a deep personal commitment to advancing equity, mobility, and economic opportunity for historically marginalized communities.
I currently serve as a venture capital intern at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), where I support early-stage investments in clean energy, sustainability, and climate resilience. This fall, I’ll transition into a strategy and finance role at Royal Caribbean Group, contributing to high-impact initiatives at one of the world’s leading travel and leisure companies.
Before business school, I co-founded On The Go LA, a mission-driven startup launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to empower minority-owned food entrepreneurs through mobile kitchen rentals and flexible business infrastructure. My work was recognized by PledgeLA’s South LA Fund and reflects my broader commitment to community-centered innovation.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve served as a student leader, mentor, and advocate—most recently through leadership roles with the American Latinx Management Association (ALMA), Fuqua United, and LIFE (Low-Income, First-Generation Experience). I continue to channel my lived experience into shaping more inclusive and dynamic business environments.
