I was born and raised in Guangdong, China, and moved to the United States in 2013. My early years in the U.S. were a period of resilience and growth. While working full-time as a general manager at a national fast-food restaurant chain, I pursued an accounting degree — all while raising two young children.

After earning my degree, I transitioned into accounting and finance, working for a Fortune 500 multinational manufacturing company in the aerospace industry. I also gained valuable experience in sales within the financial services sector before attending Fuqua. Exploring these diverse roles allowed me to gain insights into different functions, and I’m grateful for the breadth of experience I accumulated along the way.

One of the highlights of my Fuqua journey was the incredible Team Fuqua culture. The collaboration and camaraderie I experienced on every project were unmatched. My classmates not only supported me academically and professionally — helping me with interview preparation and advocating for me in group interviews — but also personally, even babysitting my kids while I attended conferences. This unwavering support empowered me to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams with confidence.

Post-MBA, I wasted no time launching my own search and actively looking to acquire a small business. My passion for growing small businesses has led me to become a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and Certified Value Builder, establishing my own exit planning practice from scratch. Without my transformative experience at Fuqua, this path would have seemed unimaginable.

I am also a proud mother of two boys, aged 13 and 10, who are my biggest fans in the kitchen. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, hiking, CrossFit, and embracing the outdoors.
