I’m a native North Carolinian and a UNC Tar Heel who moved away for 20 years before returning to my home state. After starting my career in public relations in the publishing industry in New York City, I attended graduate school and have worked in higher education and a variety of educational institutions for more than 25 years, including more than 13 years at Fuqua.

Coaching is more than a job to me. I build long-lasting relationships with students and alumni and find great satisfaction in helping individuals stay true to their authentic selves, tell their professional stories and navigate their career journeys. I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach, a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and a Designing Your Life Coach.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, walking my dog in nature and playing New York Times puzzles, including Spelling Bee, Wordle, Strands and Connections.
