As the former assistant director of diversity initiatives at Fuqua, I worked actively to increase the presence of women, underrepresented minorities, military veterans, and members of the LGBT community in all the programs at Fuqua. During my time at Fuqua from 2008 to 2016, I'm happy to say that we had success working to increase all these populations.

In 2016 I transitioned to a role within Duke University's Alumni Association. Before coming to Duke in 2008, I was a senior admissions officer in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at my undergraduate alma mater, the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, MI.

While working in admissions, I took the plunge as a student in the Cross Continent MBA program, graduating with the Class of 2013.
