My name is Anne and I’m a Master of Management Studies candidate at Fuqua. I am originally from Pearland, Texas and majored in chemistry at Texas A&M University (A Whoop!).
Before beginning my MMS journey, I knew I wanted to take all that I had learned during my chemistry degree and combine it with business. And while bridging the gap between STEM and business seemed like a daunting task, the MMS: FOB program has made the pivot as seamless as possible. Upon graduation, I hope to take what I have learned at Fuqua and combine it with the skills acquired in my undergraduate degree to pursue a career in market research, health care, or the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
In my free time, you can find me on a long walk around the East Campus loop with friends, trying out a new restaurant in the Triangle, or experimenting with a new cookie recipe.
Fuqua has been a huge blessing to me, and I am happy to connect with anyone interested in Fuqua in the future! Go Blue Devils!
