As former associate director of career service for MMS: DKU, I worked closely with students, providing one-on-one coaching and workshops. The other big part of my role was to build corporate relations with companies in China to promote the MMS program and its graduates who might fit their employment needs. I also frequently connected and meet with Duke alumni in China.
I joined DKU in June 2014, just before the inaugural MMS: DKU class began their studies in Durham. Prior to Duke I spent three years in Rochester, New York, where I got my MBA from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. I worked there for a year as assistant director of career management. Before going to business school in the States I was a banker at HSBC in Beijing for five years.
