Originally from Egypt, I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The American University in Cairo, becoming the first engineer in a family full of doctors. So far, I’ve lived and worked in four continents, and I’m planning to cross the remaining three off my list in the future.

I was exposed to a wide array of business disciplines before joining Fuqua: oil and gas, automotive, aircraft and conveyor manufacturing, and finally supply chain at Procter & Gamble. What prompted me to join the MQM program and choose the Strategy track is the special fusion of analytics, business and strategy, and pithy communication when delivering business solutions. Upon graduation, I’ll be joining McKinsey & Company in the Middle East Office in Dubai as a junior associate. Last but not least, I’m gratefully and proudly the inaugural MQM class president—something that I will always cherish for the years to come.

Outside of school, I’m an avid Liverpool fan (go Salah!), I love reading and have a thrilling passion for astronomy.
