Having worked in the communication and ESL field for 13 years, I am entering my 8th year at Duke and fourth at Fuqua.

Before Fuqua, I worked with students of all ages and language backgrounds, mostly supporting undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. My work has been underpinned by a B.A. in linguistics with a minor in business administration from the University of Oregon and an M.A. in TESOL from Middlebury Institute.

At Fuqua, I balance my one-on-one tutoring support with teaching MBA Leadership Communication as well as MMS and MQM Management Communication courses. Outside of Fuqua, I enjoy playing and watching basketball (Go Warriors!), boxing, reading sci-fi, and traveling with my wife.
