I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. Before coming to Fuqua, I studied business administration and Spanish at Furman University. During my liberal arts education, I loved the diverse experiences I had from interning with non-profits and tech startups, studying in Spain, and overall gaining a broader social lens through which I view the world. Before jumping into the professional world, I was motivated to get my masters in analytics to improve my technical skills, tease out my interests, and expand my career options. During the MQM program, I was involved as an admissions ambassador and as a project manager in Duke Interdisciplinary Social Innovators (DISI). I was able to learn and grow in the ways that I had hoped, struggle plenty, and have so much fun with people from every corner of the world who are now lifelong friends. My first job after Fuqua is with Deloitte in their Technology Consulting practice. Now that I’m gone, I’ll be a huge geek fan of #TeamFuqua (and Duke basketball) forever!
