Born in Taipei, Taiwan, and raised in the suburbs of Boston, I graduated with a B.A. in economics and a minor in history from Boston College. I also spent my junior year studying abroad at the University of Copenhagen. After graduation, I worked for an exporting company based in Taiwan, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with major North American national retailers and entertainment conglomerates.

I joined the MQM program to build on my professional experiences in exporting and manufacturing, as well as my quantitative background in economics and statistics. In addition to the rigorous data analytics and data science training from various courses and hands-on projects at Fuqua, I enjoyed meeting people from around the world and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy cooking and traveling as ways to explore different cuisines and cultures. A highlight during the program was traveling to Seoul over winter break, where a Korean classmate hosted me and introduced me to the most delicious galbi (marinated short ribs). I also aspire to attend all four tennis Grand Slam events and visit all 30 Major League Baseball ballparks.
