I currently serve within the Altus Analytics service line of Altus Group, where I help manage quarterly and annual valuation processes for a number of institutions and pension funds. I have extensive experience using Argus Enterprise, Argus DCF and Dyna valuation programs to advise clients on their investment-grade commercial real estate assets. By presenting robust market data alongside our proprietary benchmark data, I provide clients with a clearer understanding of how their real estate holdings compare to target markets. I draw on years of experience in real estate research, financial analysis and relationship building to support Altus Group’s continued growth.
Prior to joining Altus Group, I worked with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. My role focused on real estate valuation and consulting services for both domestic and international property interests, while also supporting relationships with Deloitte audit professionals.
Through Deloitte, I provided valuation services on complex business issues, strategic decisions and underwriting needs that required deep analytical expertise in global real estate markets. This included transaction advisory services such as buy-side and sell-side due diligence, fairness opinions, real estate portfolio optimization, litigation and dispute consulting support, and financial reporting obligations, including purchase price allocations (ASC 805), impairment testing (ASC 350) and evaluating potential tax liability implications tied to acquisitions or divestitures.
Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, traveling with my wife and three children, and watching SEC football games.
