I’m a native Texan based in Houston and a University of Texas at Austin graduate in supply chain management. I spent 13 years at Shell in a variety of supply and commercial roles, including developing a demonstration facility for a first-of-its-kind cellulosic ethanol technology. That experience deepened my passion for renewable fuels and innovative solutions that can create lasting impact.
I chose Duke’s Executive MBA program for its rigor and the diverse thinking at the heart of Team Fuqua. After building my career in Texas, I wanted to broaden my perspective beyond energy and learn from classmates with different backgrounds. Since starting the program, I’ve joined C2X, a startup aligned with my interests in renewable fuels and emerging technologies, where I’ve been able to apply my MBA learnings directly in my role.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and exploring different types of food, from street carts to fine dining. Those experiences keep me curious, collaborative, and optimistic about the impact our community can make.
