Born and raised in Texas where I got my undergraduate degree in entrepreneurial management at Texas Christian University. Since then, I have mostly lived in Delaware except for one wonderful year in the North Carolina.
I have worked at Mountaire Farms for the last 8 years, working in operations, strategy, sales, human resources, and agribusiness. The biggest thing I have learned in my experience is that my passion and excitement in my work is derived through the opportunity to help people. Whether it’s helping others do their job better, providing guidance and career advice, or leading others to a path of people-first leadership.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 1-year old daughter outdoors and traveling to North Carolina as much as possible!
