I am an academic neuroradiologist who enjoys direct patient care and teaching. Within 14 months of starting my Duke MBA, I left clinics at Duke Health to take a leadership position at Johns Hopkins Radiology as vice-chair of Radiology Enterprise Integration at Johns Hopkins Radiology and Medical Director of Johns Hopkins Imaging. In my current role, I am passionate about building a system that maintains high-quality patient care and improves physician efficiency as Hopkins Radiology grows its existing practices and clinical footprint.

My values and behaviors come from a personal story of immigration. I come from a family of three generations of immigrants. This has made me extremely optimistic, engrained me with grit, and injected me with a profound desire to make an impact. For this reason, being a physician was a natural calling, and marrying that with an executive MBA at Fuqua amplifies my contribution.

In my career, I have performed grant-funded research, published more than 125 articles and had the opportunity to lead and lecture at national and international meetings. I also actively educate and advocate on Twitter as @JennyKHoang.
