I am a senior global HR strategist in Google’s newly formed Office of the Chief People Officer. In my current role, I co-lead the strategy shaping and implementation of our outstanding people function strategy to enable Google’s People Operations (HR) function to be the best people function on the planet. In addition to this responsibility, I drive a wide range of agile planning initiatives to enable People Ops to support Google’s highest priorities, including resource redeployment, annual business planning, and special projects in partnership with the Office of the CEO and cross-functional VPs. Outside my core role, I support several diversity, equity and inclusion committees, including Google’s Racial Equity Commitments, the Bold Internship Program, and Google NYC Site Programs.
Outside of Google, I sit on the board of directors at the Fiver Children’s Foundation (fiver.org), serving as the people strategy lead and driving long-term planning efforts.
I graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in African American history and global studies in addition to wrestling my first year and studying abroad in Madrid, Spain, and Washington, D.C., my junior year. I also hold a master’s degree in human resources from Temple University.
I moved from the Bay Area to New York City in July 2021. In my free time, I enjoy traveling (46 states traveled to so far), exploring new restaurants, and taking long weekend trips with friends and family members.
