I am currently Principal and In-House Counsel at Pallas Advisors, a strategic advisory firm specializing in national security, defense, and innovation. Prior to that I served as a Senior Civilian Attorney within U.S. Army Special Operations Command where my portfolio included sensitive activities and weapons development and acquisition. From 2015 to 2021, I served as active-duty U.S. Army Judge Advocate, during which time I concentrated on national security law and served four combat deployments to the Middle East with a counterterrorism task force.

I graduated from Boston College Law with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2015. I graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English in 2010. I’m licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Washington, D.C.
