I have more than 17 years of experience in IT and digital transformation. I moved to the United States in 2012 to work at JPMorgan and later continued my career in Charlotte at TIAA, where I led global teams across HR, finance, data management, and robotic process automation. In these roles, I delivered large-scale initiatives using Workday, Oracle, RPA, and AI, with a focus on building scalable systems and driving operational excellence in rapidly evolving environments.

My Fuqua experience has been deeply meaningful, shaped by values-driven leadership and an encouragement to bring my full self to the community. I am proud to be part of the Duke family and grateful for the lifelong relationships and sense of belonging Fuqua has given me.

Beyond work, I enjoy sharing insights on AI trends, mentoring others, and exploring community-centered entrepreneurship. I find balance through oil painting and gardening, and I place strong importance on human relationships in an increasingly screen-driven world. My long-term aspirations include writing a book about my life epiphanies and creating a restaurant that serves as a space for people to slow down, connect, and build community—not just dine and leave.
