My journey has been marked by unwavering determination and a commitment to uplifting and empowering others. After earning a scholarship to the Florida State University School of Visual Arts and Dance, I excelled as a dancer, achieving a BFA in dance with a minor in business. My passion for performing led me to the NBA stage as a dancer for the Atlanta Hawks, where my entrepreneurial spirit ignited.
As the founder of Z Pro Prep®, I created an impactful platform—a rigorous training camp and consulting firm—that has successfully guided aspiring dancers and cheerleaders to coveted spots on renowned teams including the L.A. Lakers, Charlotte Hornets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Hawks, and N.Y. Jets to name a few.
Driven by an unquenchable thirst for “big business” enterprise knowledge, I pursued my MBA at Fuqua in the Weekend Executive MBA program, where I specialized in entrepreneurship and innovation. I was honored to have my dedication to excellence acknowledged through prestigious recognitions, including the Forté Fellowship award and the Melissa & Doug Fellowship.
Exploring the corporate landscape, I delved into CPG brand management for a year, acquiring valuable insights into the dynamics of the business world. However, my heart led me back to my entrepreneurial roots. Recently, I joined IDEA Fund Partners, embracing the realm of venture capital with a focus on discovering and nurturing promising entrepreneurs. I aim to leverage my extensive experience and passion to uplift budding businesses.
I’m guided by the mantra “You are enough!” and devoted to uplifting women. My experiences and indomitable determination serve as a beacon of empowerment. With an unrelenting drive and a profound commitment to enabling others, I will continue to surmount barriers, maximizing my potential and the potential of those around me.
