Looking back, this trip was the ideal way to close out my first month at Duke.

Fuqua on Board pairs MBA students with local nonprofits to serve as board members, provided me with an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

The Business, Communication, and Culture (BCC) program was designed to take the guesswork out of the adjustment period and equip our students with the confidence they need for a strong start.

Fuqua, through its focus on decency and its system for rewarding the portrayal of selected values, makes us all want to do more and be more.

These experiences and learnings have not only prepared me for the business world but have also shaped me into a more resilient and empathetic individual.

Embarking on an enriching MBA trip during my second year at Fuqua taught me about leadership, organization and personal growth.

The Team Fuqua spirit is what continues to drive my connections with my classmates, professors, colleagues, and current Fuqua students.

Dreaming is simple, but fear and discomfort often set in when turning our dreams into reality.

While I initially struggled to build a strong community at Fuqua, I eventually found my home here.
