I was born in Mexico City and raised in Chicago. I moved to Atlanta for college and have called it home for the past seven years. In my work across human resources, I led strategic initiatives that shaped talent development and organizational effectiveness, helping teams grow stronger from within.

Now at The Fuqua School of Business, I’m building on that foundation to pivot into a broader strategic role. I’m especially passionate about supporting emerging businesses and startups, particularly those led by women and grounded in purpose-driven models like B Corps. At Fuqua, I’m sharpening my strategy toolkit to help mission-aligned ventures grow sustainably and equitably.
