As the Associate Director for the MMS program, I focus on helping students achieve their goals at Fuqua. My primary responsibilities are to oversee cohort, team, personal, and student leadership development, while strategically coordinating academic, co-curricular, and social activities. I enjoy partnering with students in the MMS program to facilitate memorable experiences they are passionate about. My favorite part of my role is meeting regularly with students to learn more about them as individuals and how they can maximize their 10 months in Durham and at Duke.
Prior to my job in student life, I began my career at Fuqua with MMS in the Career Management Center, and previously worked at North Carolina State University in recruiting, and at Indiana University Bloomington in the executive dean’s office.
