For the past nine years, I’ve dedicated my career to inspiring and empowering others through education. From NGOs to corporate settings to universities, I’ve had the privilege of working across sectors to design and deliver impactful learning experiences. This journey has led me to my current role as a senior program coordinator for MMS: Duke Kunshan University (MMS: DKU) Program, where I have the joy of walking alongside students as they grow — both professionally and personally.

Education, to me, is more than a profession, it’s a mission. One of the most meaningful chapters of my career has been working with over 100 elite Chinese athletes, supporting them in navigating the transition from professional sports to life beyond competition. Helping them explore their identities and plan their post-retirement careers has deepened my commitment to student development and career empowerment.

I bring this experience and passion to the MMS: DKU program, where I am proud to support students during one of the most transformative periods of their lives. Witnessing each student’s journey — from uncertainty to confidence, from questions to clarity, is the most rewarding part of my work.
When I’m not working with students or organizing events, you might find me exploring new creative outlets — from documentary filmmaking to improv theater — or guiding outdoor adventures as a nationally certified hiking leader.

I believe every student has a story worth telling and a future worth building. I’m here to ensure they feel ready, encouraged, and excited to take their next step.
