I am testing my comfort zone to grow in analytics, knowing that when I hang up my uniform, I will be ready for whatever comes next.

Over the course of 20 years, I held various leadership roles such as team leader, manager, and service coordinator, giving me deep insight into the health care system.

From stronger analytical thinking, quicker application of new skills, or a broader understanding of how data can be leveraged, the program has transformed how we show up in different areas of our lives, especially the workplace.

My journey from bedside nurse to the tech industry was made possible by the professors, leaders, and support from the Duke community.

My transition from pursuing medicine to health administration is a dynamic and evolving journey.

MSQM: HA is a truly eye-opening program.

I don’t think I would have developed my current skillset if it weren’t for the MSQM program, and I definitely would not be receiving the same professional opportunities.

Today, I am a senior financial analyst for the same health care organization I treated patients with not too long ago.
