I started my career with General Electric in 2001, and since then I have had the opportunity to learn and explore different domains across various organizations and geographies. Prior to my current role, I was in the strategic initiatives group for Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC, as consultant where I led process reengineering projects and training across the bank and its various domains and functions. I currently lead the internal process and strategy consulting for a prestigious southeastern U.S.-based bank. I have been in this role for over three years now, leading a team of consultants/business analysts and providing strategic assessment, analysis, recommendations and process improvement training.

My day-to-day job involves working with cross-functional teams from various divisions and geographies to identify improvements and strategic alignment of business processes. As I grow within my organization I realize the importance of not only finance and leadership training but also having a broader perspective. Hence, my decision to join the Duke MBA Weekend Executive program. The Duke MBA provides a diverse and exceptional mix of students and faculty which nurtures an atmosphere of constant learning and broader perspectives.

Outside of work, I reside in downtown Raleigh, NC (30 minutes from Duke’s campus), and enjoy all it has to offer. In my free time I love to travel and spend time with family and friends. I am also an avid chess player and an amateur bodybuilder. More recently, I can see myself slowly converting to a Duke Blue Devil sports fan.
