The Fuqua staff, at all levels, went above and beyond to give us the support we needed even while they were navigating all this uncertainty for the first time themselves.

Now that I have graduated with my MBA from Fuqua, it’s a great opportunity to pause, look back, and thank myself for this gift that I gave myself.

From being exposed to varying cultures to opening doors to new industries, my time at Fuqua has shown me that the world is filled with more opportunities than I thought.

“Is an MBA worth it” is one of the most searched keywords related to business school.

I like to joke that my business school journey would make a perfect entry for, “How not to prepare for business school.” I chose Fuqua for many reasons, the most compelling of which is the Fuqua community. The turning point for me was attending the Women’s Leadership Weekend in November 2018

In February, I started to consider taking on a leadership role at Fuqua during the second year of my MBA to be able to give back to a community that had given me so much up to that point.

I’m sixteen months into the Daytime MBA program at Fuqua, and the experience has been hugely rewarding. However, my already amazing experience got even better when the Global Team at Fuqua asked me to organize and moderate a panel discussion with Nivruti Rai

Business school serves a range of purposes, from career shifts to personal and skill development. For me, school was about transitioning from an individual contributor to a leader, and developing the skillset to lead effectively.
