Stepping foot onto the Duke campus for the first time is awe-inspiring. Even though we’re only there for the weekends, visiting such a beautiful and historic campus still leaves an impression on you.

My experience here was absolutely amazing and I would like to share it with you.

A consistent piece of advice that you hear when pursuing an Executive MBA is to try to avoid major life-changing events during the program. But what about something beyond your control—like a global pandemic?

Now that my admissions experience is in the rearview and my transition back to school is complete, I wanted to write about my experience in the Weekend Executive MBA Program at The Fuqua School of Business. Here are my reflections on the most relevant parts of the experience so far.

I attended an open house and fell in love with the curriculum and warmth of the school community which motivated me to apply
